Now ground them all together and boil the mixture in water 3)Pramsh Tea for cough and cold:-Take 15 gm Ginger and 20 gm Pramsh Mulethi Powder. Now ground them all together and boil the mixture in water. Later add one pinch of Pramsh Pudina Powder. 4)Pramsh Green tea for digestion:-ake 3 cups of water, 1 teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon coriander seeds, ½ teaspoon fennel seeds and 2 teaspoon honey. Now boil water and after removal of the flame, soak ingredients except honey for about 5 minutes. Strain the tea and add honey to make it sweet. 5)Pramsh Tea for vitamin deficiency:-Heat some water in a pan and pour it into a cup. Add Pramsh green tea to it and let them steep for 5 minutes and then strain it. In a large saucepan, heat 1 cup of water, add the raspberries to it and boil it on medium heat letting it simmer until the raspberries break up. Add the raspberries mixture to the tea, let it cool down,and add honey/brownsugar/sugar free keep it in a fridge for 1 hour, strain it and enjoy chilled
